23 oleo dynamic pressure die-casting machines provided with
an electrical holding furnace, shearing press and automatisms
for the charging of the alloy, robots for the ejection of
the piece and automatic lubrication, cooling station and centralized
vacuum installation.
Any machines are equipped with electronic control boards
and process parameters programming boards which assure an
optimisation and the reproducibility of the production runs.
The
castings which can be realized have a weight of 0,050 Kg min.
up to a max. of 25 Kg net.

9 furnaces having a capacity of 1 up to 10 tons assuring a max.
production of 6 tons/hour
Dies/Chills
maintenance department and toolshop
Skilled personnel in this dept. is capable of carrying
out both fixture restoration interventions and set-up
operations on the machines. It assures the working order
of the fixtures and their best use.

This department has the following equipment available:
- quantum-meter for the alloys chemical analysis control:
- X-ray system equipped with an image processor
- Micro Hite for carrying out dimensional measurements
supporting the production, as foreseen by the control
plans;
- Stereomicroscope for the analysis of the surface of
the castings;
- Digital durometer for the HR-HB hardness measurements:
- Nr.2 3D computerized measuring machines, located in
a sheltered room with constant temperature and humidity
(utilization range 700 mm x 1500 mm x 600 mm);
- Bench for recurrent inspection and gauge certification;
- Roughness measurer;

production range varies from castings of 0, 100 Kg and
60 Kg.
The department is provided with following equipments:
- 5 foyer holding furnaces with a capacity between 500
and 600 Kg
- 2 automatic alloy charging systems with a capacity between
2 and 60 Kg

Warehouse:
on a surface of ca. 2500 qm, provided by a modern equipment
for the moviment, packaging and stockage of the products.
The
Company TECOPRESS S.p.A. has been manufacturing
castings in aluminium alloys, pressure die-castings
and gravity castings since 1971.
The
Company-Staff is made up of about 200 employees. The
production is organized in 4 day shifts, 6 days a
week.
The Company has available 20.000 mq. of roofed-over
buildings on a total area of 75.000 mq.
